An official communique states that north-westward of Baranovitchi, in the northern sector, between Pinsk and Minsk, a big battle is being fought. The Russians captured fifty officers and a thousand men. Fighting continues. A thousand prisoners were taken on the Lower Lipa, between Dubno and Sokal, where the Germans were hurled back westward.
