INTENSE ARTILLERY DUELS. ENEMY TRENCHES CAPTURED. __. ]__ The High Commissioner reports under date London, July 4, 7.50 p.m.:— along the Adige-Brenta front there were "An Italian message says: 'Yesterday along the Adige-Brenta front there were intense artillery duels. Infantry engagements occurred there and in Posina Valley. We fully occupied Monte Calgari, taking many prisoners. " 'On the Carjßo Plateau there was a violent engagement in the Monfalcone sector, which resulted in the occupation of several enemy trenches. .We t001c.381 prisoners.'"
