German submarine U22 collided with a mine and was heavily damaged aft.- She was towed to Ostend".- - -- The German Liberal party's committee has passed a resolution urging the conI tinuance of vigorous submarine warfare unless Britain abandons the blockade. The resolution adds: "It is daily "clearer that Britain is Germany's arch-enemy." German traffic in the Baltic has been resumed. Five merchantmen have arrived in Swedish harbours, escorted by a large squadron.
