YESTERDAY'S ENLISTMENTS.
The following men were passed as medically fit at the recruiting station after the "Star" went to press yesterday:— C. C. Ferguson, farmer. Grey Lynn. J. Green, brickmakcr, France. Street. F. S. Harris, clerk, Loan and Mercantile Agency Company. P. B. Henderson, clerk, Remuera. A. N. McLcllan, slaughterman, Glenmorc. S. McGrath, driver, Horopito. D. Stevenson, labourer, Scotia Place. B. Subritzky, labourer, Hobson Street. T. Whitford, fish curer, Nelson Street. A. E. Vaile, clerk, Queen Street. TO-DAY'S RECRTTXTS. Sixteen men presented themselves for medical examination this morning. Of this number, ten were accepted as fit for service, four were unfit, and two were deferred. The men accepted are: — William Allan, labourer, Auckland. Thos. N. Auxright, farmer. Ponsonby. Clarence J. Aldridge, printer, Mount Albert, Lennox E. W. Joy, buahman, Scafield Road. George Leslie, buahman, Newmarket James Pitkethley, fireman, Ponsonby. George W. Robinson, seaman, Ponsonby. William F. Rogers, farmer, Oratia. Percy T. Symonds, labourer, Ponsonby. Thomas Taylor, metal worker, G.P.0., Auckland.
