ON AMD OFF THE FIRING LINE. LONDON, March 20. Bulgaria Uneasy. The "Daily News" Rome correspondent states that the internal situation of Bulgaria is critical. A military revolt, supported by the civil population, is feared. Cut Down Imxarie*. Twenty thousand posters, inculcating thrift among the people, have been plastered over London. They specially urge women to eschew expensive dressing, particularly in hats, boots, shoes, stockings and gloves. Women at the Plough. Forty young women in Lincolnshire ploughed heavy clinging, slippery land with ploughs never handled before, drawn by teams fresh from want of work. The women were dressed in jersey, breeches, skirt to the knee, and gaiters. They exhibited a professional touch which delighted the farmers. This new development promisee to iolve the labour shortage.
