A meeting of creditors in the banknipt estate of Henry Hali, of Birkenjead, iraiHer, wae held at the office o i the Official Assignee yesterday afternoon, Mr. A. V. Fraer presiding. Four creditors were present, and Mr. R. M. jlcConnefl (instructed by Messrs. Bamford and Brown) appeared for the bankrupt. The ewom statement recorded debts owing to nineteen unsecured creditors at £2W 8/10. His assets were nil. ■Rankr-apt stated that he had been a journeyman carpenter since he dissolved partnership with \V. T. Chamberlain In December, 1914. He had been averaging £2 IS/ a week, with which he had to 'keep a family of five children, the eldest being eight. He was solvent 5n June. 1914.
