THIRD AND LAST SALE. . Thr. third ami final sale Of sections in Mr. Petir Brown's estate, Brown's Bay, took place last evening, at the rooms of Messrs. Richard Arthur and Co., Elliott Street.. Fifty , sections remained for sale, and,, all were quitted -at prices on a par -with those of the previous gales. A total amount of £1,140 was realised, the attendance being large and the bidding brisk. The sales were as follow:—' ".. ' • ;; *.' Block I.: Section 12, £17fc 16, £115. Block II.: Section 44, £30; 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, £32 each; 19, £19; 20, 21, 22,/ and 33, £20 each; 6, £60; 23, 24, 19, and 36, £19 each; 34 and 35, £18. Block IV.: Sections 1 and 2, £14 each. Block V 1..: Sections 17, 18, and 19, £1G each; 1, 2, 3, 4, and "5, £11 each; 12, 13, 14. 15, and IC. £10 each; 10 and 11. £16 each; 8, £13; 9, £15; 6 and 7, £12 each. Block VIII.: Sections 13 and 14, £15 each; 24 and 25, £17 each'; 26. 27, 28, and £29, £13 each.
