M-P.'e TO MEET Hi LONDON. EXCHANGE OF VIEWS. (Received 5.25 a.m.) LONDON, March 14. The United Kingdom branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association is invifing thirty-two members of i overseas Parliaments to visit London in July. Australia -will be asked to send ten guests, New Zealand four. South Africa six and Newfoundland two. The delegates will be selected from the branches of the Association. They will see something of organisation for the war and exchange opinions informally with their fellow-members of Parliaments. Lord Milncr, Lord Bryce, Lord Burnham, Lord Sydenham, Mr. Andrew Fisher, Mr. A. D. Steel Maitland, M.P., Mr. L. S. Aroery, M.P., Mr. A. C. T. Beck, M.P., Mr. Will Crooks, M.P., are actively furthering the scheme. Mr. Balfour, Mr. Bonar Law, and Mr. L. Harcourt approve the idea. The visitors will receive hotel accommodation and travel facilities here. As the visit will be strictly a ■ business one, it is impossible to invite ' any ladies. The visit will enable the delegates to exchange views with French, Russian and British members of Parliament, as well as afford a desirable exchange of views between the members of the overseas Parliaments.
