THERE ARE NO PIRATES TO-DAY.
A recent wireless message from Berlin made the serious statement, on high authority, tHat "there are no pirates on the seas to-day." The answer to that is provided by the German policy of "sinking at sight"—the flng is now nailed to the mast, and no concealment is attempted.
