LONDON, February 29. Dr. Jessie Scott, of Auckland, lately on the staff of the Scottish Women's Hospital in Serbia, has arrived in Lon- , don in good health. She was well treated Iby the Germans and Austrians, and saw nothing to suggest that the Germans and Austrians were contemplating surrender. she was jjreatly impressed by their effiI eiency and equipment.
