RUSSIAN PROGRESS IN ARMENIA.
TURKS COMPELLED TO EVACUATE ERZEROUM
PETROGRAD, February 6. The Russian newspaper "Novoe Vremya" states that the Turks have evacuated Erzcroum, which the Russian forces from the Caucasus, advancing through Asiatic Turkey, are now attacking.
