PARIS, February 4, ihere are indications of German activity in Belgium. Many reinforcements are arriving, and it is believed that between,-3,000 and 8,000 guns have been brought up. Mr Douglas Haig reports:—"There was .heavy enemy shelling at Loos and district We effectively replied." I here has been mining activity in tire Argonne.
