CALL FOB DOCTORS. • AirERICAIf STUDENTS' INQUIRY.. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The Hon. G. W. Russell, discussing the scarcity of doctors in the Dominion, ■stated that a few days ago he received a letter from an American university informing him that a number of graduates of that institution were considering the desirability of emigrating to New Zealand, and- asking for information regarding the New Zealand law of registration, and -particulars i about the country itself. This information had been supplied. The Minister said that he greatly appreciated the 1 steps being taken to assist the medical ! students of Otago University to secure diplomas at the earliest possible moment.
