SYDNEY, this day.
A meeting of the Labour Council attempted to debate a motion endorsing the action of the Broken Hill strikers. The speakers were, however, interrupted by hooting, and the meeting adjourned in disorder.
The Liquor Trades Union and the Amalgamated Railway and Tramway Associations have voted sums to the strikers' funds.
