She went back to her husband at His.request, but had to leave him again. Complainant stated while she lived with her husmand she looked after his house well. Mr Haekett urged that an order should not be made against a man , 75 -years ot age, for the maintenance of his wife who would not live with him, but was earning her own living as a housekeeper. \ Complainant said she had worked hard for her own living. She was now a great- , grandmother. She left her husband because he did not know how to treat a ' wife. It was a shame for a woman tiS years of age to be scandalised.
