DENIAL OF ANY PEACE NEGOTIATIONS. TRENCH DECLARE THAT ARMY NEVER • CAPITULATED. FIGHTING RESUMED ON ALL FRONTS. LONDON, January 21. - A French official report denies that negotiations for peace between Montenegro and Austria ever occurred. The army never capitulated. The King is at Podgoritza, a fortified town cast of Ccttinge, .with his troops, continuing the resistance. , Heuter's Brindisi correspondent reports that the Queen and Premier of Montenegro have arrived. They announced that King Nicholas and the Government of Montenegro have refused all the Austrian terms, and fighting has been resumed on all fronts.
