The presentation consisted of an address 'in album form, printed on vellum, and Containm* the names of a very large number of regular guests of the Grand. Accompanvmß the address was a gold purse* Appropriate speeches were delivered by Messrs. A. B. Williams, F. L. Diddams, and M. A. T«"i w !j ,lst Mr. J. Rolleston. manager of the Grand Hotel, spoke in terms q£ the highest praise of the services rendered by Mrs. Mclntosh, wno was manageress of the hotel for a number oE years. Mr. D. G.
