NEW PREMIER UNCOMPROMISINGLY FOR WAR. (Time* and Sydney Sun Services.) ROME, January 6. The Montenegrin Cabinet has resigned, owing to the critical military Situation. M. Migucharavitch has been appointed Premier. He favours an uncompromising war policy.
