That the Onehunga Borough Council, being unable to provide the necesairy funds for such work out of ordinary revenue, proposes to Borrow lor (:i) a sum not exceeding £0,300, for (b) a sum uot exceeding £12,250, and for (c) a sum not exceeding £1.600, at a rate of interest in each, case not exceeding 5i per cent per annum. 3. That the proposed security for the repayment of such loans shall be a Special Rate of Jd in the £ on the unimproved value of all ratable property in the Borough of Onehunga. 4. The Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Onehunga hereby give notice:— 1- That the Onehnnga Borough Council proposes to engage in the following undertaking, namely, the Formation of an Embankment and Road across the Basin Reserve, .md the Conversion of the Basin Reserve Into an Artificial Lake. 2. That the Onehunga Borough Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for such work out of ordinary revenue, proposes to Borrow a sum not exceeding £5.400, at a rate of interest not exceeding 51 per cent per anrfnm. 3. That the Onehunga Borough Council proposes to 'Repay to the District Fund Account the amount Borrowed from it for the Purpose of Purchasing lLand and Erecting an Auxiliary Pumping Station at Allan's Springs and Carrying Out Other Water Extensions. 2.
