AUSTRO-GERMANS IN SOFIA.
RUSSIANS MINE BULGAR PORTS TO IMMOBILISE ENEMY SHIPS. (Received 1 p.m.) ROME, December 20. Tlie garrison at Sofia consists of three Austrian regiments and one German regiment. The Russian fleet has mined the entrance to the Bulgarian Black Sea ports in order to immobilise the Bulgarian and German warships in them.
