DISCIPLINARY MEASURES. ' SYDNEY, December 29. The new disciplinary measures adopted in regard to the Australian forces in- ' elude the abolition of free railway travelling for soldiers who are absent without j leave. Intoxication on the part of officers and non-commissioned' officers is made punishable by dismissal forthwith.
