A JOINT COMMERCIAL CONFERENCE TO BE HELD IN MARCH. DOMINIONS REPRESENTED. , (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, December 29. The Dominions' High Commissioners will attend the Allies' Inter-Parliamen-tary and Commercial Conference which is meeting at Paris on March 6, and to which delegates from the allied Parliaments will be summoned, to discuss the commercial relations among the belligerents during the war, the execution of contracts, the recovery of debts, the protection against a German commercial invasion after the war, the establishment of a postal and transport tariff in favour of the Allies, and an nrllied preferential tariff applicable to the colonies. i i
