YUNAN PROVINCE DISTURBED. TROOPS SENT TO RESTORE ORDER. LONDON, December 26. It is reported from New York that a revolution has broken out in China, in the Province of Yunan, under an exmilitary Governor, and that 30,000 Chinese troops have been sent to quell it.
