RUSSIANS DISLODGE REBELS. IRREGULAR FORCE DESTROYED PETROGRAD, December 26. A Russian communique states: '""We have dislodged the rebels at Arrarik, north-westward of Hamadan, and have occupied. Assababad and another position southward of Hamadan. We also stormed the village of Savai near Kum, dispersing the rebels and COO gendarmes." An official communique says that the Russian troops'in Persia,by a night march, fell on and dispersed 2,700 gendarmes and tribesmen at" Rebatkerim, 25 miles south-west of Teheran. The Russians sabred 120 of the enemy.
