TEN GERMAN DIVISIONS LEAVE RUSSIAN FRONT
RUSSIA PREPARING ARMY OF 200,000 FOR BALKANS. ITALIAN TROOPS LANDING IN ALBANIA. LONDON, November 24. A Petrograd message states that ten German divisions have been withdrawn from the northern front towards the Balkans. The message states that what Russia 13 undertaking in the Balkans cannot yet be revealed, but it is in all respects fully adequate to the requirements of the situation. A German semi-official message states that Russia is preparing a Balkan army of 200,000 men at Odessa, SO.OOO at Reni, and 70,000 at Ismail, on the Russo-Bulgarian frontier. Early events arc expected in the neighbourhood of the Rumanian frontier. According to the usually well-informed Geneva newspaper "Suisse," Italian troops have begun landing in Albania,
