ILLEGALLY WITNESSED. Mr. Justice rloskin;.: this morning revoked the pmbato of n will executed on 25th May, 1014, and proved on 20tih May of this year. The application was made by Mr. .Tames (Jra'bam, expeutor of the will of the late Junet Graham; of Pokeno. ifr. Prendergast appeared for the executor, and Mr. McVeugli and Mr. Thornes for other parties. His Honor was informed that <it hud been discovered, after probate was granted, that the will had keen witnessed on separate days by each of the two witnesses. He accordingly revoked prolate, and declared the will in question null and void. It was announced that there were two other wills by the same testator etill in existence.
