KHAKI OVERBOUGHT. BONAR LAW'S ASSURANCE. (Received 0 a.m.) LONDON, November 21. Speaking in the House of Commons, and criticising the business methods of the War Office. Sir Joseph Walton, member for the Barusley Division of the West Riding of Yorks, said that they had overbought khaki enough for fifteen million uniforms. Mr Homy \V.
