COMMITTEE OF UNION AND PROGRESS OPPOSED TO WAR ' LONDON, September 21. The Rome correspondent of the "London Daily Telegraph" says ttie Turkish clergy have revolted against the loung Turks and Germans, aed have excommunicated the companions of Enver Pasha, Minister for War, aid Talaat Bey, Minister for the Interior. The clergy's action has made a great impression on the people and the army. It is believed -the majority of the Committee of Union and Progress oppose the continuance of the war. & t
