No per- I ton shall print, publish, sell, distribute, 1 j orhaveinhis possession any document £ which incites violence, lawlessness or disorder, or expresses any seditious intention. No person shall sell, transfer, or supply, or procure any firearm or ammunition save in pursuance of a permit j issued under this regulation. No per- 1 son shall bring or cause to be brought or, gent into New Zealand any firearm or I ammunition save in pursuance of a per mit issued in that behalf under this regulation. In thr*e retgiilalions terms "firearms" and "ammunition" shall not include — fai shotguns of tho kind ordinarily used in Now Zealand for sporting purposes; (hi ammunition ot the kind ordinarily vised for such shotguns: (c) firearms or ammunition tM'longing to or supplied by any department of the executive Government, and lawfully in the poMossion of any member of lbDefence force*, police force or any other person The Minister for Defence may by notice in the "Gazette." declare any highway adjoining or intersecting nny camp of military training or exorcise closed for traffic, except with consent of the military authorities.
