WOMEN POLICE PR_ISEDSYDXEY, this day. The secretary of the Xew South Wales Alliance eulogises the temperance work done by the two policewomen recently appointed by the Government. He says it is felt to be impossible that two women could do justice to the positions in a city like Sydney, and strongly urges that additional appointments be made.
