NATIONALISTS TO PETHION. (Received 11.5 a.m.) CAPETOWN, September 17. AJ; a Congress of the Cape division of the Xationalist party it was unanimously decided to request the Government to release De Wet and other political prisoners for the sake of the country's peace and quiet.
