The Rev. 11. van Staveren moved: "That the establishment n f an orphan age for this city and district be taken into the serious consideration oi this Board." He alluded t,r the unsatisfactory condition in which many iioartledont children had been found, and ex pressed the opinion that the time had arrived when a home should be established.
