The Sunday School roll contains 265 names (being an increase of 20 on the previous year), with an average attendants of 170 per Sunday. The teachers' roll stands at 36 (an increase of 1<», with au average attendance of :« per Sunday. The managers' report was of an exceedingly hopeful nature, the ?eneral revenue being larger than that of any year iv the history of St. David's. Afte; contributing freely to Home and Foreign Missions, and various objects such as the Belgian Belief Fand (£loo ti/7\ Hospital Base No. 2 t£4U). and others, the year ended with a credit balance of £7» 0/5. The amount collected for ro-lssions through various channels «vas £191 15/11. In consequence of the fire which ocrurred recently in the Sunday school, it had became Imperative either to erect a new 'bnildlns. which was estimated to co<t £3,000, or reinstate and sdii to the present school building. It wa.s deemed advisable ■to undertake the less expensive work. This was now well in b-and. The estimated cost was ffiOO. The general managers con clndert by expressing the opinion that the general prosperity of the church had been tarjtely dne to the self-sacriflctns efforts of Mr and Mrs -Snunders.
