ROAD TO BANKRUPTCY.
WARNING THE KAISER. BANKERS' PLAIN TALK. LONDON, July 14. Information has been received from Germany that the recently-reported statement by the Kaiser that the war will end in October was made to a deputation of bankers who interviewed the Kaiser to point out the financial difficulties and grave risks that, another winter campaign would involve. The bankers stated that if tlie war is prolonged Germany will become utterly bankrupt.
