LONDON, June 20.

The power of the new Minister for Munitions (Mr. Lloyd George) has been officially defined. He is "to organise the sources of supply and the labour available for the supply of munitions, whereof the supply is to be wholly or partly undertaken" by the transfer to him, as may be agreed with the Department or authority concerned, of functions in the matter of general ordnance, or by those connected with Woolwich or other Government arsenals, or small arms factories."
