TO MAKE TROUBLE IN TRIPOLI
TURKISH ENVOYS CAUGHT. .(Received 9.5 a.m.), PARIS, June 20. A communique states that a French destroyer captured, between Cape Matapan and Crete, a small Greek vessel with forged papers, and on board were a number of Turkish officers, en route to Tripoli, conveying presents from Enver Pasha to tho fanatical sect, the Senussi.
