SYDNEY, this day. Grant Honey, the Australian writer, was retrird on a charge of forging a telegram in connection with the Norton divorce case, nnd sentenced to two years' imprisonment, sentence to be cumulative on the previous sentence of two years in connection with the same case. Mr. Justieo Braund. in sentencing the prisoner, said: "You appear to be a past master in scouiuhclism, and you are a danger to th_ community. You have shown a great ability in crime."'

These charges rose out of divorce proceedings in which it was alleged that Hervev had undertaken to procure, for a consideration, evidence of misconduct on the part of the woman. It was stated that prisoner had posed as the other party in the misconduct, and bad obtained £200 for his evidence.
