TO HEiLP AT WAR OFFICE. (Received 11.5 a.m). LONDON, June 17. Sir T. A. Coahlan. Atjent-Gcncral for New South Wales, who is being succeeded by the Hon. B. P. Wise, retires on Saturday. He has accented the chairmanship of the War Office Trade Committee.
