MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS. THE CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS. Tho annual me.ot.inj; of shareholders of the Tnkapuna Tramway* and Kerry Company was lipid at the Kerry Buildings this afternoon. Mr. .lohn ' Brown, chairman of director?, presiding. Mr. Brown eaid that, as the report and balance-sheet, wiiicli hod been in the hands of th<> shareholders for some time, presented a full statement of the company's affairs, it was not necessary for him to fro fully into detail-.
