The Mayor of Whangarei I Mr. D. W. Jack) conferred with the Mayor of Auckland (Mr. C. .1. Parr) this morning on the question of town planning. A movement is afoot to start a town-planning scheme in the northern township, and as Mr. Parr's keen interest in the subject is well known, he has been approached for advice and literature on the subject, ..
