A message from Copenhagen says that the bread ration in the German Army has been considerably reduced:
The German Socialist newspaper "Vorwaerts" says the sale of bread at the canteens to prisoners J of war has been forbidden. Prisoner are not allowed more bread than the civilians.
The export of potatoes and flour has been forbidden by the Dutch Government.
