He believed £2J was a fair thing, but no one could quibbl at £23. Even Mr Fisher recognised tha as a fair price. The council at n meeting of the Assc ciation gave the executive power to tak any steps, judicial or otherwise, t> secure an increased price, and instructs it to press for an increase of the dut; to £7 a ton.
