(Received f>.,> a.m.) AM>TEfil>AJi. .November i>. >lx trains, full of soldiers and sailors, and carrying planks, sacks, and small boats, have left Loavain in the direction of Brussels, and arc anparcnUv bound for West Flanders. Kine military, and six ambulance train?, and another containing heavy guns, hare passed through Landen, between liege and Brussels, and are proceeding westwards. Another account states that 1-20,000 men, including many cavalry and 230 guns, arc being sent to reinforce the army in Handera.
