There was a large attendance al the annual meeting of the Waihi branch of the New Zealand Political Reform League. ' Mr. D. O. Saunders .president) presided, and Air. A. A. l*aape (the Dominion organi--1 ser of the party) and Mr. J. Clark (the ' selected candidate) were present. Brief " addresses were delivered by Messrs. Saun- ' ders. Paape and Clark. The following - olllce-bearers were elected: —President. Mr. : D. G. Saunders: vice-presidents, Messrs. i J. Newdlck and V. 11. Potter: committee, - Messrs. W. Comes. L. Mnrpby. R. New- ■ di'-k, H. Turner, c. Flett. R. Farrell, D. ', Smeaton. T, Tucker. J. Dodd. W. Crombie: j secretary and treasurer, Mr. Walmsley. . Messrs. S. Walmsley and N. Meßobie were , appobit.il delegates to attend -the annual conference of the league, to be held in Wellington on the ICtb aud 17Ui of July.
