BIG SERIES OF FIRES IN THE OLD KENT ROAD.
(Received 10.20 a.m.) LONDON. June 30. Suffragettes flooded tbe swell of the organ at the Albert Hall, the damage being estimated at £2.000. Croat police precautions have been taken at Henley to prevent the burning of the boats. A series of mysterious fires has occurred in the Old Kent Road, including several shops, the damage being estimated at £100.000. -They follow a series of fires in Peckham. Suffragette incendiarism is suspected. Tbe owners of three houses burned by suffragettes in County Antrim were awarded £0.700 compensation, to be levied on rates.
