THE CONDOMINIUM.
JN NO WISE SATISFACTORY. aSIR EDWARD GREY'S EFFORTS. (Received S.lO a.m.) LONDON. June 30. Sir Edward Grey (Foreign Minister), speaking in the House of Commons yesterday, said that the situation was in no wise satisfactory under the condominium, but lie deprecated the publication of reports on one side, as they were calculated to cause bickering and friction between the two Governments. He was unable to say -whether or not the present conference would achieve things of vital importance. He wanted to get within sight of an agreement on something really worth having.
