BROOKES WINS SEMI-FINAL. PLAYS FROITZHEIM IN FINAL. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 30. The All-England Tennis Championships were advanced a. further stage to-day, when the semi-finals were played. These were won by X. E. Brookes (Australia) and Froitzheim I Germany), who will play-off to decide who shall oppose A. F. JVilding. (_• holder of the. championship, in the final afnand. In the semi-finals to-day Brookes beat Beamish, (i—o, (i—3, o—2. Froitzheim (Germany) beat Mavrogordato (Britain), la —3. f—2. 7—.i. In the Men's Doiibles Dottst (Australia) and Mavrogordato bent Decugis and Germot (France), (i i. S—li. 6—4. A. H. and Gordon Lowe beat Dunlop '(Australia) and Harding (England), 6—4, 6—2, 7—5. In the Mixpd Doubles Wilding and Mdlle. Broquedis beat Harding and Mrs. Harding, ti —1, 7 —5.
