Lena Beatrice Griffin applied for maintenance orders, aggregating £2 10/ weekly and arrears £85, against her husband. Gerald John Griffin, in respect of herself and five children. Mr. Carruth, who . apptartd for complainant, stated that the whereabouts of Griffin were unknown, ao he was proceeding under the Destitute Persons Act to secure an order again** defendant's estate (since sold by mortgagee) without personal service of «__r mons.
