CJiarles Locus Seay, formerly of .Tiicens College, Oxford, B-4_ and vicar of Swan- : bourne Buck.-, i a England. He was an . Israelite, indeed, irr whom tbere was no I guile. Learned and brave, yet simple si* a. child: a fond h u..han<_. a -tondcr parent, a tfaj'thftii friend. In obedience to the. commands, of his Crrat IMa-ster to go forth and preach the Gospel among all nations, be left a Christian home and Christian friends, and here, borne by the weight of bis labouTß in tiie Lord's vineyard, be tsank to rost.
