FASHIONS AHB FACIAt AET. (Times and Sydney Snn. Services.) (Received 8.5 a-m.) PAKIS, April 1. The fashions are aggressive, and to obtain a really simple becoming tailor snit in big shops is almost an impossibility. The masses, who are obliged to dress cheaply, must buy ready-made clothing. The reason for the continued popularity of black with filmy white laces among Parisiennes in the afternoons and evenings is that it is easier to make up the complexion with black and white than with other colours. Fuller skirts are expected to rule.
